Ascension is not a physical process in which you rise up out of the Earth Plane and float up into the heavenly realms, but rather, it is an inner process in which you shift your inner state of being from the vibration of fear to the vibration of love. Yet while we say that ascension is not a physical process, when you shift your inner state of being, your entire physical world will change. You will enter what could best be described as a simultaneously existing parallel or alternate reality. A reality in which you align with love and radiate the vibration of love. A reality in which you exist in balanced and harmonious relationships with others who also align with and radiate the vibration of love. It has been said “When the power of love overcomes the love of power, the world will know peace.” When enough people respond to our energetic invitation to ascend, then your world will know peace. About Barbara Stepniak

Barbara Stepniak is the Director/Owner of the Center of Being. She is an IET® Master-Instructor Trainer/Practitioner, Life Coach, Guided Imagery Coach, Holistic Wellness Coach, Reiki Master, and Kundalini Reiki Master. She is currently studying massage therapy and yoga. While she earned a Bachelor's degree in Sports Management and an Associates degree in Transformation Psychology, over the past fifteen years she also studied a variety of different energy modalities. These modalities and techniques transformed her life. Through these experiences, she gained the love and passion for a holistic approach to life. Barbara teaches IET to others to empower them to engage in self-care, become self-aware, and understand they have the power to change their lives. It is the time to get those "issues out of your tissues" and evolve into your future.
