About Barbara Stepniak

Barbara Stepniak, the Director of the Center of Being and Integrated Energy Therapy, is a dedicated bodyworker/massage therapist and coach with a heart centered passion for holistic well-being. As an IET® Master-Instructor Trainer/Practitioner, Life, Guided Imagery, and Holistic Wellness Coach, Reiki, and Kundalini Reiki Master, Barbara is passionate about empowering others on their transformative journeys. With a degree in Sports Management and Transformation Psychology, these educational backgrounds blend with her unwavering commitment to the healing arts. Over the last twenty years, she has immersed herself in studying a wide variety of energy modalities and spiritual systems. This path has been life-changing, sparked her passion and desire for holistic living and ignited her desire to help others discover their own path to self-healing and deepening their spiritual journey.
