This intensive series is designed to create an environment of joy-filled, energetic expansion and personal transformation. The seven IET Steps to Transformation modules will help you heal from trauma without reliving the drama or pain, allowing you to move forward with clarity and joy. In these workshops, you will establish your own energetic connection with the Healing Angels. Learn to harness the energy of your heart and utilize sacred geometry, visualization, and energetic processes to release issues from your body and psyche for good. Each step is encoded in a mudra, enabling instant activation for later use. These 2-hour classes will connect you with your guides and Angelic energy, continually clearing, empowering, and optimizing you on all levels of life for a powerful home practice or daily routine. Energy healing is ALWAYS direct and personally effective.

Location Description: The Opequon Center location has many wonderful attributes such as accessibility to hotels and restaurants and plenty of space outdoors for walking breaks during classes.The 2nd floor is dedicated to body workers of all kinds, engendering a very supportive feel. We are near the intersection of RT 81 and RT 37 Winchester bypass.

Lunch Description: Wonderful restaurants of all kinds for example Peru's Chicken, IJ Cann's and Thai Lotus to eat-in or take out are within walking distance. We have a kitchen with microwave and refrigerator. Healthy snacks, coffee, tea and spring water are provided.

The Steps to Transformation classes and home practice are landmark exercises I credit for enabling me to live in a fulfilling and joyful way! I love nothing more than teaching these highly transformational classes. I live in the beautiful Shenandoah Valley on the Shenandoah River with my 2 dogs and have 2 pet cows that are the loves of my life!
