About

Hello Soul Friends and Family! I’m Teresa Dawn, a Master Instructor of Integrated Energy Therapy® (IET®), dedicated to helping others release subconscious blocks, heal emotional wounds, and step into their highest potential. My journey with IET® began as a personal healing experience—one that awakened a deep, transformative energy within me.

The moment I received my first IET® session, I felt an undeniable shift —reconnecting with a part of myself I had unknowingly lost. That single session sparked a curiosity in me: What is this powerful energy, and how does it work?

As I continued my own healing journey, I felt called to learn more, eventually training to become a practitioner and instructor. With each attunement, my understanding of energy healing deepened, and I experienced firsthand the profound effects of releasing cellular memories that hold us back from fully embracing our lives.

IET® works on a deep, energetic level, clearing blockages stored in our physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual bodies. These blockages, often rooted in past experiences or even past lives, can keep us stuck in cycles of pain and limitation. Through this work, I guide clients and students to break these cycles, restoring balance, clarity, and inner peace.

IET is a beautiful weekend with like-minded people, who feel called to connect more deeply with their energy, to clear emotional patterns, to heal and to manifest from the heart. You will practice powerful techniques to release what no longer serves.

I offer Basic, Intermediate and Advanced training classes for people interested in adding this beautiful and gentle healing modality to their tool kit.
